Mission Statement

STL Oil & Gas Services OOD is committed to pro-actively managing the Health, Safety and Environmental impact of its business activities, in line with stakeholders’ expectations.

STL Oil and Gas Services OOD shall:

— Comply with all relevant legislation, regulations and respect the local requirements of any country where STL performs business activities;
— Consult with all interested parties, its stakeholders to take into account their concerns and expectations;
— Implement a safe working environment for all its stakeholders to minimise health risks, injuries, damage to business assets and company reputation;
— Continually proactively promote HSE awareness and implement a positive HSE Culture within STL’s business activities;
— Adopt a risk-based approach to all business activities, ensuring that all HSE risks are assessed and managed throughout the projects’ lifetime;
— Maintain a documented and certified HSE management system which reflects best international industry practices and complies with local regulations;
— Set Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), targets for improvement, measure and appraise the HSE performance, both internally and externally;
— Continuously monitor the STL employees and stakeholders in their HSE performance;
— Act as HSE ambassadors and lead by example, to enforce STL HSE requirements, to protect the health, safety and welfare of their employees and that of others;
— Expect all employees and subcontractors to recognize their personal responsibility for HSE and the right to openly report any HSE issues of concern. Everyone is encouraged to intervene in the event of unsafe acts or conditions and is empowered to stop work if necessary;
— Conduct a top management review of the STL HSE performances, to achieve the continual improvement of the HSE Management System and STL business activities.
